American White Oak (Quercus alba) is a traditional barrel material used from American Bourbon Whiskey, used only once they usually end up being used for Scotch Whisky barrels.

Light toast

• for good vanilla and some toasty smoke flavors, gives light amber colour to spirit.

Dark toast
